Keyword function or how to find a business card saved in a phone if I don't remember the company name or the name of my contact?

By default, your contact information can be accessed by entering your first name / last name or the name of your company, just like any other phone contact.

The "Keywords" option allows you to record in the "Note" field of the vCard the formulas of your choice that will make it easier to find you, by identifying any information of your choice, within the limit of the 256 characters allowed by the vCard format.

*For example: Interactive business card, agent, florist, coaching, cooking, real estate, javascript, industrial pumps…

From the menu on the left, you can also find the different sections that are always accessible from the different pages in order to facilitate navigation in your interface.

X BUSINESS CARDS

Find the list of your cards sorted by name
You can filter / organize with different views the cards / add cards with the + button

Search for a card in the list by typing in the search field the name or surname of the cardholder then press ENTER or click on the magnifying glass.

Once on the card you wish to edit, click on it to open its menu:

How and where to modify and complete business cards

To modify or complete your card(s) you must be connected to your user/administrator account using your login and password sent by email.

Your contact can't open your Vcard (.vcf) in "Contacts" or save your contact information in his iPhone

It may happen that a contact with an old iPhone can't save your vcard (.vcf) in his iPhone before iOS 13.

This is materialized by the fact that when he will launch the download of your card his iPhone will not offer to open the card in his contacts after clicking on "Save", but for example in "Files".

Whereas the iPhone should offer to open the card in "Contacts".

If your contact encounters this problem it is simply that he has deleted the "Contacts" application from his iPhone and will have to download it again.

To do this, he must go to his App Store and search for the "Contacts" application (direct link here from the iPhone), launch its download and open it

**You have to try again to download the Vcard.

Two scenarios:

1 / If the iPhone still offers Open in "Files" go to "Options" then search for "Copy to Contacts" the Vcard will open and you just have to click on "Save".

2 / If the iPhone proposes directly to Open in "Contacts" then click on it and once the Vcard is opened click on "Save".

You can check in the phone book if you can find the Vcard of the contact by looking for his name or the name of his company.

Create my business card shortcut button on iPhone

Click on the link received by MAIL / SMS OR enter the link of your card (ex: https://card.pm/nomdevotresociete/prenom.nom) in the address field of Safari on your iPhone.

You can also transfer the mail received on your computer to a mailbox on your iPhone.

Once your interactive business card is open on your iPhone screen, here are the steps to follow:

1 - Click on the menu / share icon of Safari.

2 - Click on "On the home screen

For iOS 13 and later:

Drag the menu up to display the "On Home Screen" button

If you don't have the "On Home Screen" option you just need to enable it as follows:

1/ Click on " Modify actions " :

2/ Click on " + On home screen " to add this action:

For iOS 12 and earlier :

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the size of your screen you may have to drag the menu bar to the left to make this icon appear.

3 - Now you have to click on "Add".

Done!
